“My wife, 16 year old son, and I paid a visit today from a Trip Advisor recommendation when we searched things to do in Janesville. We were visiting the area and were not familiar with where to go. We were greeted with smiles, thanking us for visiting, and advising us where the hummingbird activity was, and to keep a lookout for the lady “tagging” monarchs. We were impressed to say the least. Very clean and well-kept. Two hours with no eye rolls or sighs, although he’s enjoys nature like us, it was still nice to see a 16 year old kid get into why Japanese bridges are not straight. The highlight of our visit was the volunteer who was catching and tagging the monarch butterflies. She took the time to explain the migration, tagging process, and other great information. She invited our son to assist with one. We all thought it was a great experience. Your staff there is top notch. We are spreading the word and will be back this fall and again to see the Christmas lights. We have a new day trip destination. Great facility, great staff!”
