Thank you for your interest in visiting Rotary Botanical Gardens. We look forward to welcoming your group. Below you’ll find important information that will help you schedule your trip and place a timely reservation. You may also reserve an electric cart for guests who may have mobility impairment issues.
With 24 distinctive garden areas over 20 acres, you will want to allow approximately 2 hours for your visit. Please dress for the weather. Accessibility maps are available here or at the admissions desk.
Group reservations are required for groups of twelve or more guests. There are two ways to schedule your tour:
Guided tours are available 7 days a week (some restrictions apply), for groups of twelve or more, during our gardening season, and require a reservation.
Upon arrival your group will be welcomed by one of our volunteer docent tour guides who will then lead your group through the Gardens, detailing the history, plant material and notable points of interest. Should your group wish to have a staff horticulturalist as a tour guide, please make a request two weeks prior to your visit. An additional charge will apply.
Rotary Botanical Gardens has staff and volunteers who specialize in children’s horticulture education and can assist in planning your visit to the Gardens. It is recommended to have one adult chaperone per five youth. To make reservations, please call our Education Coordinator at 608.314.8412 or email Education@rotarygardens.org
