Kristin is suuuuuuper excited to once again offer Yoga In The Gardens!!
Her gentle, compassionate instruction is inspired by the outer wisdom of nature and the inner wisdom of the body will lead this ‘slow flow’ style yoga practice. We will practice a combination of breathing techniques, reclined, seated, standing, and flowing postures, and a short meditation with a simple reminder to slow down, be present, and enjoy our surroundings.
Please bring a mat or towel, water, and wear comfortable clothes for moving in.

Sundays 3-4pm – Weather Permitting
July 5th – Ongoing possibly into September, weather and attendance permitting.
*In the case of inclement weather, class will be canceled for the week. You will receive an email in the case of cancellation if you have a reservation.

Cost: Regular Breathe class fees apply – you may drop in ($15) or purchase a pass for discounted rates. Visit www.BreatheYogaPlace.com/schedule to view rates, purchase passes, and create your reservations.
This class is included in Breathe monthly membership as well as Breathe’s introductory special.

*Purchase of this class includes garden entry. Come early or stay late to walk around and enjoy the beautiful landscape.

*All experience levels welcome.
