Kristin is suuuuuuper excited to once again offer Yoga In The Gardens!!
Her gentle, compassionate instruction is inspired by the outer wisdom of nature and the inner wisdom of the body will lead this ‘slow flow’ style yoga practice. We will practice a combination of breathing techniques, reclined, seated, standing, and flowing postures, and a short meditation with a simple reminder to slow down, be present, and enjoy our surroundings.
Please bring a mat or towel, water, and wear comfortable clothes for moving in.

June 4th – August 27th (possibly into September)
*In the case of inclement weather, a virtual class will be offered. You will receive an email by 5pm on Thursdays with an opportunity to change your reservation if the class is relocated.

This class is included in Breathe monthly membership as well as Breathe’s introductory special.
