About the event

Greg will share his go-to photography spots, camera gear, and tips for attracting birds to your yard, along with dozens of his favorite photos of common and unusual birds in our area. Whether you are an experienced birder, a photography enthusiast, or simply someone who enjoys nature, this presentation is sure to entertain, educate, and inspire.


This program takes place shortly after the monthly What's In Bloom tour, so consider joining both for a full morning in the Gardens.


Greg Peck of Janesville is a retired opinion editor for The Janesville Gazette and an award-winning journalist who worked at three Wisconsin newspapers. He is the author of three nonfiction books: "Death Beyond the Willows," "Memories of Marshall," and "Snakes, Squirrels & Bears, Oh My." Greg is a longtime member of the Wisconsin Writers Association.
