About the event
You'll explore different journaling styles including free writing, list-making, memory keeping, and creative journaling. Laura will demonstrate ways to set up a journal for daily use, including simple layouts, functional sections, and creative elements like pockets and inserts. The class also covers when to journal, why journaling can be beneficial, and how to make the practice feel approachable and sustainable.
You'll have time to journal during the workshop using optional prompts, followed by a brief group reflection focused on process rather than content. Sharing your written work is never required.
Seats are limited to 20 participants — register early to secure your spot!
