Bring the magic of story time into the garden! Once Upon A Garden is a new seasonal program at Rotary Botanical Gardens that pairs a beloved classic children's book with hands-on garden activities designed for children ages 4 to 7.

About the event
Each session brings a different story to life through creative, nature-inspired experiences that spark curiosity, imagination, and a love of the outdoors.
Each session is inspired by a different classic book and features unique activities tied to the story and the season. Past and upcoming featured books include Sunflower House by Eve Bunting, Lola Plants a Garden by Anna McQuinn, Planting a Rainbow by Lois Ehlert, Miss Rumphius by Barbara Cooney, and Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert.
No advance registration required, just show up and pay at the Garden Gift Gallery window on the day of the event. Parents and guardians are free.
