What's Blooming Now: November and December 2026

Autumn has painted Rotary Botanical Gardens in spectacular shades of red, orange, and gold. While the Gardens are now closed to the public during the day in November and December to allow for staff and volunteers to complete the Holiday Light Show, the vibrant fall colors are still putting on a remarkable show, especially in and around the Japanese Garden.

With more than 225 trees, including nearly 50 Japanese maples, the garden comes alive each autumn as brilliant foliage contrasts with the deep greens of evergreens throughout the landscape. Traditional chrysanthemums have also reached their peak, adding another layer of seasonal beauty.

If you're passing by, take a moment to slow down and enjoy the views from outside the Gardens. The fiery colors can be appreciated from surrounding roads and walkways, offering one last burst of natural beauty before winter settles in. Fall's finale is brief, but it's well worth the drive.
